DIRECTOR

With a career spanning over three decades, Mr. Murlidhar Amdhare began his entrepreneurial journey in 1993 in the stone-crushing and construction-materials industry. Over the years, he has built his experience through hands-on involvement in operations, material supply, project requirements, and the day-to-day realities of the construction industry.

His approach to business has always been rooted in a few simple principles: honesty, hard work, commitment and keeping one’s word. These values have shaped the way he has built relationships with customers, suppliers, employees and business partners over the years.

His extensive understanding of construction materials and the importance of dependable supply forms an important foundation for PanchaKrishna’s continued expansion across the construction value chain.

Mr. Mohit Amdhare represents the next generation of PanchaKrishna’s leadership, combining a Civil Engineering background with an MBA in Finance and a modern, growth-oriented approach to the construction business.

With a foundation in civil infrastructure and construction, his focus is on building PanchaKrishna into a professionally managed, technology-driven and diversified infrastructure company.

His vision is to leverage the company’s experience in civil construction and construction materials while developing new capabilities in areas such as Ready-Mix Concrete, construction materials and infrastructure services.

Mohit’s focus is on creating systems, building strong teams, adopting technology and maintaining the company’s core values while positioning PanchaKrishna for its next phase of growth.
